Trick or treat Downtown from 4-6pm. Bring the kids and stroll Mitchell Street for a safe early Trick or Treat event in downtown Cadillac. Stores, businesses and area non profits will be dressed up too and the sidewalks will be transformed into a Trick or Treat haven. Some stores will also offer healthy and fun alternatives to candy. Also look for Downtown retailers to offer Holiday discounts, coupons and other goodies.
