Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing, communications, and brand initiatives that promote the Cadillac area as a destination for overnight travel and group experiences. This junior-level, in-office position plays a hands-on role in managing content across digital, social, media, and email channels while collaborating with internal staff, agency partners, and destination stakeholders. Tourism Engagement Manager

The Tourism Engagement Manager is a sales-driven role focused on attracting group travel, meetings, and events that generate overnight stays and measurable economic impact for the Cadillac area. This position combines destination group sales with strategic, tourism-focused community engagement, working closely with lodging partners and stakeholders to identify priority markets and fill hotel room nights. Approximately 70 percent of the role is dedicated to group sales and business development, with the remaining 30 percent focused on partner engagement and advocacy aligned with tourism goals.
