WildFlour Bakery is dedicated to providing allergen-friendly options to ensure every customer can enjoy their delightful treats. They offer a variety of gluten-free baked goods and dairy-free drinks, including all fruit teas and milk teas. With customizable options for various allergens, they strive to accommodate individual needs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Although not completely allergen-free, they are allergen-sensitive and take great care in their preparation processes. They also offer customized cookies, cakes and other baked goods tailored to allergen-friendly diets, by excluding tree nuts and peanuts as well as their gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.

A Message From Chef Tom

I feel truly blessed to be able to study in Italy, It was only possible with the support of my wife and family. At the age of 49, I went to study culinary in Colorno, Italy just outside Parma in a castle built by Napoleon as a summer home for his wife.

One of my favorite Chef Instructors said “Happy kitchen, happy food, happy customers” I loved that concept. We here at Wildflour try to keep things fun because if we don’t have fun, customers won’t either.

I love being able to share my food with others, some flavors you may have never tried or even heard of. I am very excited to start the new phase of Wildflour with food! Soup and Sandwiches to start then on to Pasta dishes. When I returned from Italy, I was employed as one of the Chefs at Crystal Mountain Resort. What a wonderful place to practice my craft and hone my skills. I love to share with others stories of Italy and exciting things to come.
