Jon MacStaff are very nice and food is good. It's just so slow even vs a normal Jersey Mike's. I've ordered 2-3 sandwiches 20-45 minutes in advance through the website. Both times I showed up the hadn't even started our order yet and we had to wait 15-20 minutes.

CStopped in today while running service calls in Cadillac. Food was excellent, excellent communication. Through no fault of their own the only two employees that came in were pleasant and working hard. These guys are awesome

Katrina HankinsPlaced to go order. It was done early, names on each sandwich, items we want left off sandwiches were correct, and friendly. Great job!

Monika OstroswkiI'm giving this five stars because of the tall young man with curly hair that made my sandwich today. He was very kind and had a positive energy about him and it put smile on my face.

David McMahonOwner/operator was more than kind to me trying to get my app to work! As well as the other two workers I dealt with! These people are trained well! I Will definitely be back!
