I lived in this community in 2012. I loved living there. It was the best place I ever lived in. And it was so convenient for me because my workplace was just across the street. I worked at Lakeview Manor. I had a beautiful trailer, 2 bedroom it was AWESOME to live there. Management was A+ fantastic! The trailer was beautiful, so roomy and clean. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to live. I really miss living there! If they had an empty trailer for rent and I could afford to rent it I would move back there in a heartbeat! Even my little dog loved it there. It was just an amazing place to live! I loved it.♥️

I have lived in this community park twice now. The first time was for 13 years and I moved back because nothing could compare to living here. It feels like home. It's safe, clean, well maintained, friendly office staff, people are all different ages, not just retired or elderly. Pets allowed and the people here are very friendly! Very beautiful place to live. The neighbors treat you like family too.

Management and employees are top. Park upkeep is especially clean and consistent. Quiet, nice respectful community with quality home selections and lot spacing. Very reasonable lot rent, trash removal service and road snow removal provided. Pets allowed with restriction on free roaming. Lived there for 10 years, and is easily the nicest mobile home park in the Cadillac area; would recommend!
