UPDATED 12/12/25:
Happy new season everybody and sorry for the delay! The government shutdown backing right up to rifle deer season put us behind on trail clearing but we are up and running with all trails clear. We did our first drag last night and the trails should be great for the weekend. Most inner loops are groomed, and outer loops have been broken the old fashion way. Please help us out this year with the following things Like and share this page. This is where all updates will happen.

Latest Update
For the most part things are looking good. Some honeycombing from thaws and refreezes. Biggest area of concern is the pressure crack at small cove where the lake ice is diving under the ice in the cove. Everybody stay safe and have a Merry Christmas! Learn more at Pilgrim Village Fishing Shop.

TRAIL BASE:
1-2"
CONDITIONS: Poor- Fair
Rough weather earlier this week brought some rain, but the trails survived! Icy base stayed intact and there’s still good coverage. The 1-2″ of fresh snow on top gave some for lubrication, but still tough to keep your sled cool. Another 4-6″ of snow is needed to get trails back in good shape. A few locals are riding but definitely need to take it easy as trails are extremely slick! Please ride conservatively as establishing this base is paramount to a long season!
