Missaukee Junction Trail

This 15 mile loop located in the Cadillac Forest Management Unit, just two miles north of Cadillac in Wexford County. The terrain is mostly sandy, rolling to slightly hilly terrain with varying forest cover. This narrow 50” trail, previously maintained for cycles, now considered a 50″ ORV Trail.

ORV license and trail permit required. Motorcycles, ATV, UTV/SXS permitted. No SUV/Jeep or dune buggies allowed.

Note: ORV Routes are maintained at a width of 72 inches and are open to all ORVs. ORV Trails are open only to ORVs up to 50” in width. Motorcycle Trails are maintained at a width of 24” on the ground and 40” at handlebar height (only 2-wheeled motorcycles are allowed to operate). The Michigan Cross Country Cycle Trail (MCCCT) are connector trails and roads that link different trail systems together in the Lower Peninsula.
