This is a great campground! Everything in the buildings is very clean. The flooding has caused problems with the grounds, but that was Mother Nature and the severe flooding in this area has been a problem. Everything else is awesome. I love Miss Pat for standing up for her beliefs and not only that, but her cabins are impeccably clean and so adorable!! I'm going to stay here every time I'm in Cadillac from now on. Such an awesome place to stay in the area without the hassle of hotels!

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Very tidy & lovely, great location. The cabin was equipped with everything you need & an excellent coffee station inside our cabin. A good bed and good size bathroom. Pat is a great host & there when you need her. It was peaceful, great for a getaway. The property is well-maintained & communication remained easy from beginning to end. Owner's efforts don't go unnoticed as everything is in tip top shape. The space is really clean. The scenery is beautiful. We had to leave early as my husband fell skiing, and it was no problem. It's a 5 star from us.

⛷️|I have been coming here in the winter to ski since 2007 - And loving it. Pat is very personable & accommodating, friendly & easy-going. The cabins are super clean. Beds are really comfortable. Close to Caberfae Peaks Ski Area and downtown Cadillac. Cadillac has fantastic restaurants. Skiing at Crystal is a little further but well worth it. The aesthetic theme makes it warm & cozy.|FIVE STARS ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ❄️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Birchwood Resort & Campground in Cadillac, Michigan for a snowmobiling weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The host was truly amazing — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The cabins were definitely cozy and extremely clean, yet still have all the modern amenities you could need. It was the perfect balance of rustic comfort and modern convenience — exactly what you want after a long day out on the trails. The location is ideal for snowmobiling, with easy access and beautiful surroundings, making it a great home base to come back to each night. You can tell this place is run with pride and attention to detail. Highly recommend Birch Run Resort & Campground — we will absolutely be back.

We camped in our rv for the weekend. The campground is really clean and quiet. The employees were very friendly. We received a free gift for staying. We will definitely come back. Oh and the prices were awesome with all the extras you get.
