James KendallBuilder’s FirstSource has been great to work with. Randy French is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a huge asset when it comes to quoting and supporting the job from start to finish. He adds real value throughout the entire project.

Fred CalkinsI needed a floor system for my house. I went to three suppliers and chose Builders First. Rick answered all my questions and explained the process well.

LWe went to several places to learn more about different options for replacing our deck handrails. Builders First Source was by far the best place! Chad was very knowledgeable, explaining different options to us. They have examples of multiple styles in the store, so you can see the actual, full-size choices. They were great to work with!

Tim TiemannSo pleased with the people, quality and selection here. Shops in Chicago or LA just didn't match up with this experience. Solid options at all price points.

Susan MarcumWe have dealt with the young lady who does flooring..above and beyond for great service. Today we checked out new front doors..has to be double, well insulated and match the garage utility door design and that one faces the street! Rick was awesome after looking thru four books..and I finally pulled up a picture on my phone he had everything put together that I wanted...VERY knowledgeable and helpful. From measurements, questions to ask on 2 x 4 or 6, year of house...door trim..I was impressed and my husband too. Highly recommend.
