An annual stopping point on our way up north. It's been awesome watching them grow the last few years, with their wine list growing each time. They also offer hard ciders and fizzes in addition to a few micro brews. The staff has been consistently friendly. It may not be the vibe for a serious oenophile as the wines range from dessert to semi-dry. It has a much more casual environment than a lot of wineries, and conversation between staff & patrons flow.

Stood a weekend out in Irons Michigan and this spot was the closest winery to us.(45min drive) Cutest little spot ever! Soon as we walked in a beautiful woman behind the counter greeted us and immediately started servicing us. Told her we came down for the weekend from Chicago and she was great with explaining how it works. Gave us little cards to fill out with which wines we wanted to taste. Great pricing!!! Our group even attacked the little snack cart they had available because all the snacks were delicious! The wine and beer options were delicious! My favorite was Lemon fizz! Even the other customers there were friendly and told us how they’d been going since it first opened. Loved it.

I think I might’ve been their first customer on the Thursday afternoon I visited, but the staff was friendly and I enjoyed a flight of their drinks. I tried several of their wines and beers, and while they were all quite drinkable I’d say the kolsch beer was my overall preference. The interior was comfortable, but I tried the outdoor seating during my visit. I could see that being much more pleasant during warmer weather, but that was my mistake. Either way, Cadillac Winery made a lovely stop on my trip up north.
