I enjoyed my stay, booked at last minute for 2 night stay. So we had to switch room after the first night. The maid, made our next room her priority to clean, so we could switch rooms before the normal 3 pm check in time. Both rooms were clean and spotless. I liked the fact that whatever cleaning products they use leaves no chemical smell or fake air freshener scent. Everything just seemed and felt fresh. Added bonus was beautiful white sheets and blankets that didn’t smell like bleach and weren’t stiff. Staff were the best!

First of: shout out to the manager Heather. She is a gem. She made our stay even more better. Thank you. This was a nice hotel tucked away from busy. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to relax as the children played. It was dog friendly which was great for our pup. It was close to an amazing restaurant little Mexico. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great!

Overall great place to stay in the Cadillac area. I only have 4 stars for the room because it’s exactly what you pay for. Super clean and comfortable but it’s not a 5 star hotel so just being real. Staff was great. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast, sneaky good! Both days! Love the consistency. We came up for a weekend baseball tourney. If you’re looking for simple and easy and centrally located to everything you cannot lose here.

You cannot angle the TV to view from the table while eating. The exit door opening bar sticks...have to hit it hard to open. Wifi is ok if you want Premium WIFI its $5 a day.

Drove 13 hrs from Maryland to find a very professional and welcoming staff, who were very informative and helpful. The room was immaculate, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very large and well maintained, the breakfast was much more than expected with make your own waffles, warm and eat omelets, pastries, coffee, and juices. We used the laundry facilities and saw the outdoor fire ring, but were too busy to utilize it. The location is amazing, a short walk to Lake cadilac, and only an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes national lakeshore, and Traverse City. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend this property to anyone wanting a friendly well run place to stay.
