Had the all you can eat Perch , Cod, and Clam Strips. The food was very good but here’s the problem, it took forever. The full table order was, 2 all you can eat, Nachos, and a salad. It took a full 30 minutes. Seafood fry with fries or onion rings is 3-5 minutes. Nachos 5 tops. Salad takes no time to put together. Loved the food but the food to table time is the difference between a 3.5 to a 4.7 restaurant. Will be back but would love to see the service time fixed.

Stopped in at Hammer's Pub & Grub during a trip to the Lake City area and was really impressed. The atmosphere is classic pub done right — casual, comfortable, and entertaining. Ordered the Angry Jack Hammer with bison substituted for the beef patty. Cajun seared, fire roasted jalapeños, pepper jack, chipotle sauce — it had a great kick without being overwhelming. The bison was a nice touch, leaner and cleaner than a standard burger but still packed with flavor. If you're passing through northern Michigan, this place is worth the stop. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

We had never eaten here before. We sat outside with friends that we come meet halfway for cocktails and a mid afternoon lunch. They come from Traverse City and we are from Lake Isabella. The food was delicious, our server Maddie was outstanding! On top of her excellent service, she stood her own with her wit and the sarcasm from our group! We will definitely be back and will request Maddie if she is available!
