I love Pizza rama. I have always had the best and friendly service. Never a complaint with any of the food or ice cream. Love the pizzas and subs. Great variety. Close to home. And what made me write the review, last time I was in there, I noticed they did not use "single use plastic cups" (not sure some people can understand that concept, but it is good for the environment) Cudos to the owners. We are glad you are here. Keep it up. And....PS..... Your staff has always provided excellent service.

Very specifically left notes on what I didn't want in my food, and they still put it in there any way. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even at the window to pick up my food. They really need more people working. Update Decided to give them another try. Specifically asked for no green olives and no banana peppers. When I got to the window comments were made about how they checked it 3x and how they were disappointed with my review. As the owner handed me my food I said thank you and she said yep triple checked. Well guess what I have green olives in my salad even though it was triple checked. I was not going back to the window as I had already waited 47 minutes for my salad and got a not so nice attitude from the owner. I did not want a scene infront of the customers. I have just chosen to no longer order from this business.
