Staff was great, rooms were clean. Hot tub is hot and pool is a bit chilly. I liked both. Breakfast is hit and miss. Overall quality is strong, and there was some variety with hot meals.

Currently staying here and impressed at about every turn, especially at the price. Check-in was easy and friendly. The property is clean and well maintained. Little touches like lemon water and cookies in the lobby are appreciated. Room is stocked with everything you’d need. Pool and hot tub area is nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was better than I expected, with sausage, potatoes, waffles, eggs, etc. I come back to visit family a couple of times a year. I’ll choose this as my home base in the future.

This is one of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I had great water pressure and temperature in the shower. The pool and sauna were open and functioning - anyone who frequents budget hotels know that’s huge. Breakfast was also hot and had plenty of choices. If you need an overnight in Cadillac, stay here!

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a booking down the street but saw that was currently going through renovations so we decided to stay here instead for cheaper and looked already renovated. I am glad we switched! The staff was great that I interacted with and helpful. The rooms were clean and I tear a room apart making sure it's clean before bringing my things in. The mattresses were spotless and looked new. Everything was very comfortable. The design, layout and use of space was great. I wish there was a coat rack or hooks near the door instead of just the chest on the far end of the room. Honestly this is my biggest complaint so that says a lot! It was well stocked with supplies and the refrigerator was already on and ready. (Many places turn it off or warmer when no one's in the room.) The room was quiet, got dark and we noticed very little activity even though I know there are people directly across from us and service animals. We left the shade open and watched the snow for a little while because it was pretty outside. Breakfast was typical of hotels and everything was full and still ready at 9am. Pool was a nice temp to enjoy and hot tub was perfect and relaxing. After 9pm there's an issue with the door so we had to get front desk staff to come let us in which was slightly annoying being the other end of the building. We were skiing at Caberfae so it was a little out of the way but the 25 minute drive wasn't bad to get us near more restaurants and stores to visit.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room very clean and hallways were comfortably warm. We were disappointed pool and hot tub were closed for maintanence. Morning breakfast was excellent!!! Enjoyed the sausage,eggs and potatoes. I was very impressed with all the variety of breakfast options you have for adults and kids!! The juices, coffee,milk, hot cocoa and cappucino a great option too!! Thank you on that!! Re: room> very clean, water pressure could have been stronger and shower head no options other than mist. It takes a while to rinse hair and get shampoo or conditioner our of hair with low water pressure and mist spray. Room set up nice with cabinets,refrigerator,microwave and desk. If I could suggest an additional mirror on wall on open wall by desk. This could be a benefit for women doing their hair or makeup, in addition to giving a bigger room perspective. Heating and cooling in room was great!! We enjoyed our stay very much!! We defineately will be back again. We defineately recommend this Comfort Inn!!
