I enjoyed my stay, booked at last minute for 2 night stay. So we had to switch room after the first night. The maid, made our next room her priority to clean, so we could switch rooms before the normal 3 pm check in time. Both rooms were clean and spotless. I liked the fact that whatever cleaning products they use leaves no chemical smell or fake air freshener scent. Everything just seemed and felt fresh. Added bonus was beautiful white sheets and blankets that didn’t smell like bleach and weren’t stiff. Staff were the best!

First of: shout out to the manager Heather. She is a gem. She made our stay even more better. Thank you. This was a nice hotel tucked away from busy. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to relax as the children played. It was dog friendly which was great for our pup. It was close to an amazing restaurant little Mexico. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great!

Beautiful little hotel in a nice area. The room was clean. There were breakfast options of fruit, cheese omelettes (heated up in the microwave), hard boiled eggs (a little dry possibly overcooked), and different muffins, waffles; I would say overall a good breakfast. The staff were nice and greeted me as I came to the hotel. Overall it was a nice place and most of the time quiet. The pool and hottub were nice although I didn’t swim much. I enjoyed the 24 hour hot cocoa and coffee.

Stayed here during a weekend away. Nice staff. Beautiful area. Cute hotel. But the beds were goofy. The room had a goofy set up. In the 2 bed Queen, you walk in the door and a sink is to the left. The bathroom is detached in a way I've never seen. Other than that it was lovely.

Drove 13 hrs from Maryland to find a very professional and welcoming staff, who were very informative and helpful. The room was immaculate, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very large and well maintained, the breakfast was much more than expected with make your own waffles, warm and eat omelets, pastries, coffee, and juices. We used the laundry facilities and saw the outdoor fire ring, but were too busy to utilize it. The location is amazing, a short walk to Lake cadilac, and only an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes national lakeshore, and Traverse City. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend this property to anyone wanting a friendly well run place to stay.
