No coffee pots in upgraded rooms. They are updating but not very communicative about the noise, the water being shut off, etc. Bathroom tile very dirty. A scrub brush on a long handle would do the trick. Mopping alone doesn't cut it. Breakfast isn't early enough. If you work for a living it's out of the question. 2 more nights. We'll see how it goes. 😏

Christine and Dawn made our stay at the Holiday Inn so much better. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and always had a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine. They truly made us feel valued as guests, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for the excellent hospitality!

Pretty much middle of the road average for a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Only bad thing I have to say is that their pool was freezing cold and their “hot tub” was tepid at best and def it needed to be drained and cleaned..kinda gross. Also the overly bright lights in the pool area at night don’t exactly “set the mood” reminded me more of high school gym getting ready to run freestyle competition.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Size of the king bed room is nice and it’s clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is nice. However, there’s no where to plug in your phone by the bed without switching the desk lamp with the bedside table lamp. No USB ports. No complimentary water in the room so bring some to use the Keurig. Looked like a good breakfast but no carry outs to bring breakfast to work if you’re not down there in time to sit down for breakfast. I’ve never stayed anywhere that doesn’t have that available. The gym is the size of a walk-in closet-very disappointing. My internet was shut off on my last day prior to check out. Tried to get on at 6am, but it was no longer accepting the password I was given. I will be requesting a different location next time I’m here for work due to the negatives.
