Hannah WiesemannThey are the best at customer service and delivery. If I have any issues with anything they solve it quickly. Had to switch beds for more room for the kiddos and they didn't hesitate to switch it out. I appreciate all of the employees that work there!

Megan TorryEveryone was super knowledgeable from the time I walked into the Cadillac location to the time they delivered my portable dish washer to my house. The gentleman working the counter at the store, Brian, was able to get the exact machine I wanted. He walked me through the contract, walked me theough the referal process, and assured they would be able to deliver the unit without any problem. Delivery was especially important to me as I'm 8 months pregnant and cannot lift. Delivery day came, had the spot all ready for James and Taylor to bring it in and set it up. They wheeled it in with no hassles, issues, or complaints. It was 90⁰ and humid outside. They had to lug it up two steps and through a tight corner as soon as they got it through my back door. James went through the contract signing with me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Continental to everyone. The service wss outstanding. Very hard to come by these days.
