CABERFAE AREA TO MESICK

Kick off your Jeep ride near Caberfae and head north toward Mesick. Start with a stop at Coyote Crossing Resort—a popular place to grab a meal or stay overnight right on the trail. A bit further up, Lost Pines Lodge has cabin lodging and a fun bar if you’re looking to hang out for a while and refuel your ride. In downtown Mesick, Jennifer’s Roundabout Restaurant is a great no-frills spot for a meal, especially if you’re craving something hearty. Then pop into Tin Shed Co. to do a little shopping—they’ve got unique gifts and plenty of opportunity for some cool small-town finds.

CADILLAC WEST

From there, head east toward Boon and make a stop at the Meauwataka General Store. It’s a little bit of everything—food, drinks, basic supplies, and a friendly face behind the counter. Once you get back into Cadillac’s west side, grab a coffee and snack at Michigan Coffee Co., or hit up Chico’s Taco House if you’re in the mood for tacos or burritos. When you wrap up this stretch on the west end, head further east to Primos BBQ on the south end of town—great food, cold drinks, it is also a stop within Cadillac’s social district if you want to hang out for a while in The Greenhouse.

DOWNTOWN CADILLAC

Finish your the last leg of this tour by heading into the heart of downtown Cadillac. Wildflour Bakery has a one-of-a-kind, fun atmosphere with creative pastries and boba tea if you are looking for something different. Right across the street you will find The Bird House is a local boutique, great for gifts and unique, handcrafted items.

Start heading north and you will find Owl Eye Coffee Roasters – perfect for a caffeine boost and a break in a quiet, comfortable space. Continue toward the north end of Cadillac in order to swing by the drive thru at Annie’s Baked Goods for some tasty, take-home treats to end the ride right!
